In our diligent effort to track results we've discovered that the average Pocket Peelers sold per seller ranges between 10 and 12 cards 80% of the time.  Sometimes it's more, sometimes it's less.  However, it is impossible to predict your participation percentage...the key variable.  It could range from 5% to 100% depending on the nature of your group, the cause, or the timing of your sale.  Keep this in mind when estimating the number of sellers.  It's better to be conservative than overly optimistic or unrealistic resulting in a dissapointment of your expectations.  The program can be seen as an absolute "no-brainer" to many but this doesn't mean everyone's going to buy into it, or the cause for that matter.  To get a realistic participation percentage we suggest you obtain participation statistics from previous fundraisers if at all possible.
