Our Mission

Our mission is to assist non-profit groups in southeastern Wisconsin raise much needed funds with a quality product possessing great value for the consumer. The following core values will be reflected in our everyday activity:

Getting Started

Getting started begins with a simple phone call to our office.  What you need to know to set up your sale is:

 

  1. The exact name, address, phone number and number of sellers in your group.
  2. The type of sale you are planning on conducting;  consignment or cash & carry
  3. When setting up a consignment sale, you’ll need to know the exact date you want to start or hand out materials.
  4. We ask you a series of questions and draft a copy of a parent letter for your review.
  5. We e-mail you 2 documents; one is your group agreement outlining your sale dates and how many cards we’re releasing to you, the second is a copy of your parent letter for your editing.
  6. You sign the agreement, approve the parent letter and fax back to our office.
  7. We print the required number of parent letters and collate that with an order-taker and collection envelope for each seller.
  8. Your materials, cards and posters may be picked up or shipped FREE to your home, office or group location.
  9. You distribute a sales packet to each seller and you are ready to begin!

Wrapping up your sale is easy!

  1. You collect and fulfill all orders with cards.
  2. You count all money and balance with orders.
  3. You return all fulfilled orders to sellers.
  4. You collect any unsold cards from sellers if necessary.
  5. You deposit funds in to your group account.
  6. We invoice you for only our portion of the proceeds. You control all the money throughout the sale.
  7. You return any unsold cards to our office via mail or delivery.

If you’ve selected the cash & carry option:

  1. Call the office with your group information.
  2. Schedule an appointment to come by, make payment & pick-up your cards, or…
  3. Send your check in the mail and we will process your order right away.
  4. You are entitled to 1 order-taker and collection envelope for every card you buy, so let us know if you need them!
